Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality of our Ayurvedic products. However, if you’re unsatisfied due to damage or delivery issues, please review our return guidelines:

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are Eligible only for damaged, expired, or wrong product delivered
  • Must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return are eligible for 2 days.

2. How to Request

Email us at care@uhealthpharma.com with your order ID, photos of the product, and reason for return.

3. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds are credited via the original payment method

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Health supplements or perishable products.
  • we do not offer exchange or replacement for non damaged goods once the item is sold.
  • Damaged product will be replaced or exchanged with in 7-10 days.
